All addictions share common themes, regardless of the object of desire. Michael Ann will teach participants a framework for working through the body that addresses these unifying forces, creating possibilities for deeper healing while honoring the developmental process of recovery.
In this presentation, Michael Ann will offer a frame for the role of the body and its brain in self-influence. Her approach teaches clients how to influence their reactive responses, creating more options for managing stress at the least, and at most, reorganizing their ability to create a future that is different from their past.
